Visited the store for an urgent requirement for my Daughter.. I am a regular customer of Lenskart Everything was good except if you can consider and train your staff for an Outsider visiting the store for some requirements We really wish to learn the language but can't learn in few days of Stay .. Despite of request to talk in launguage we understand the staff just refused to consider the difficulty for an Outsider I wish they could help me out Again for service review I got a call and didn't understand single word .. Hope to provide the service for an Outsider with empathy

Every thing is Good But Time U people r taking to Deliver the finished product is very High With This Delivery Time U may start loosing customers Request To for an improvement in that area These people r not holding Good Range of Frames I feel the range u r offering is being reduced now a days

Neat and sleek outlet for optical needs. The staff were very helpful in suggesting appropriate frames and assisted in a very quick checkout.Sunglasses can be made to power here and accordingly to your pupil size as measured by the staff.Automated refractometer also present.Though I would strongly suggest to consult an ophthalmologist for complete glasses prescription.The only bummer for me was no car parking facility.We ordered clip on sunglasses which were delivered at our address within 2days and we also got a great discount via coupons on the purchase.
