Bad Product : Recieved Eye glasses on 23-2-2025 from Lensecart Kurmannapalem,Visakhapatnam and the work is really PATHETIC and SHODDY. There is a gap between glasses and frame glaringly visible and there are scratches on the frame. I didn't check out while taking the glasses in a hurry. But now I am regretting for taking from Lensecart Kurmannapalem,Visakhapatnam.

I've been to Lenskart Kurmannapalem thrice already between February to March, and the staff then were efficient in their services. But the latest visit gave me the most terrible shopping experience. I wanted to make a simple purchase of contact lenses, it took 20 mins to just bill 2 packs of lenses. Staff were not able to scan/make a bill with the device. One of the staff member asked for help from fellow member, and that person didnt even have the courtesy to help. After good 20 mins, another member had shown up upon request and did make the bill, but this time-they weren't able to help me use my existing Lenskart wallet redeemable. I was told it's applicable only on NEW PRODUCTS. At this point I felt it's useless to waste one more minute at this store, thinking how are contact lenses not new products? Told the staff that, At the time of my purchase in February, I was informed that this wallet can be redeemed at purchase of contact lenses. They had no answer or explanation, they just said their device doesn't show any option.. Which sane customer would want to visit a store and waste their time, for no good reason.

Had my first experience at Lenskart today. I recommend service here they have been very attentive and polite.
