I would like to bring to the notice the bitter experience I had at Lenskart store at MVP Double Road, Visakhapatnam. After taking delivery, while I was leaving the shop, at near the exit door one person stopped me requesting for a review/feedback. Before I could speak a word, he took the mobile from my hand, went to Google and opened the page and gave a Five Star Rating by himself. This is something very unprofessional and not upto the expectations of Lenskart. I told him so and asked him his name which he did not want to reveal. Later came to know that his name is Rajesh. I request the management to guide the staff properly in taking the feedback issue. I now changed it from Five stars (that he gave himself) to One Star, just because of this issue. I have no issues with the product etc Hope my feedback is taken positively...
Santosh is the one who helped was in deciding frames for our little 2 year old girl .. definitely will be visiting the store in MVP Again
Parking facility not available at store, if come by vehicle its problem to parking vehicle and getting fine from traffic police, store have floor but building owner didn’t give parking place parking lot
