The patient arrived at the hospital at 11:30 AM, but the staff made us wait until 2:00 PM without providing even basic treatment, such as administering eye drops. After this long wait, we were informed that the doctor had gone for lunch and were asked to wait another hour until 3:00 PM. The hospital lacks proper coordination and a systematic approach. The service was extremely poor, and I strongly recommend against visiting this hospital.

I have taken my father for the cataract surgery. Overall process went very smooth and hassle free from the start of counselling to end the medicine delivery after surgery. Doctor was very polite and experienced one in handling the critical case like my father who is 68years old with diabetic & heart problem. They have delt the case very smoothly. The staff are well trained & passionate and are very much focused on their duties. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks to the entire staff.

Cantar surgery is done for my mother. Facility and staff are well good. The facility is good all eye related issues for treatment and suggestions.
