SMARTVISION EYE HOSPITALS

The staff behavior is good. The service is also ok. But the treatment is carried out at different place called " vizag laser vision centre " near gurudwara. And they are mostly accepting cash. It may be to avoid taxes. They don't give any reports even after your eye surgery. The only eye surgery performed is TransPRK . We aren't sure of doctors capability as their identity is completely enclosed. For check ups we have to pay around 2500 cash only. An outside doctor comes & performs retinal check up.

The staff of the hospital is friendly and co-operative and the way of check up also good. The doctor,Sekhar sir, very good and well ecperienced in surgeries. Success rate of the surgeries also cent perceny. I recommend the hospital to my friends relatives. I under went surger to my noth eyed for cataract through Employees Health Card without paying single rupee from my pocket.

I recently had my Laser surgery at Smartvision eye hospital and it's really good and now I am able to see everything clearly without spects. Thank you hospital doctors and staff as they were very good in taking care of patients. Thank you Sai for taking care of everything including tests from beginning to end of the surgery. And also the doctors as they are doing good while taking Review to patients by asking every little thing clearly. The prices here also are affordable and I would also recommend to my friends and family about this hospital. Thank you Smartvision eye hospital.

Smart vision is a excellent eye hospital which u can have laser surgery with low cost and facilities and staff members are taking very care to every patient . I have done prk laser surgery 3 weeks before now I can see everything without glasses

Hey smart vision.. I recently got my prk eye surgery at your hospital Hyderabad Srinagar brach, I flew from vizag because here in vizag I don't find smart vision hospital efficient mainly the head doctor John Raju mandapati.. he is very rude with patients only for that reason I flew from vizag to Hyderabad to get my lasik done, at Hyderabad hospital every person seems every friendly and polite I like the hospitality and receiving of the doctors over there how ever I have to flew back to vizag and have to get my lense removed here and again I came across the same negative rude way of dealing by the doctor Mr John Raju he isn't patient enough to answer any of the question he don't have any positive attitude to deal with the patient and just talk in a mean way.. I hope u please take necessary actions towards this specific brach and this doctor in vizag... Apart from that I have a delightful experience with smart vision at Hyderabad..

I will give 1 star and even minus for the staff and doctor way of behavior and communication. One plus point is eye testing technician who talk very politely. The Senior doctor Mr John Raju also very rude when we ask him some doubts he answers like we don't know anything and uneducated. I don't recommend my friends and family to this clinic any more

Doctor's here are very good. The problem is with the rude receptionists. They provide you false info and make you wait for hrs. Worst experience.

I've done my regular eye checkup along with my parents. It was very nice and the staff is very polite and gentle to every patient. The doctors are excellent. They did all the tests nicely. The frame collection is also very good. Hope to see the same service every time I visit there. THANK YOU
