Visakha Eye Hospital (Gajuwaka Branch)

Waiting period is very long and management staff are very rude, better change the staff and run the hospital. I suggest not to prefer this hospital.worst behaviour with the lady sitting in the medical room please change her.

Waiting time for general consultation is 6 hours. Eye exams are quick but doctor consultations are the worst. Due to lack of proper appointment facility all the patients arrive on time and have to wait for hours. It is as if the patients have no commitments other than waiting their turn. Even the doctor arrives late. Better to visit other eye hospitals in Gajuwaka. Also legal action needs to be taken against this hospital.

No value for time. Waited for more than 3 hours even after booking appointment 1day prior. Doctor is good but had to apply leave at work due to waiting time. Worst experience. They don't even listen to concerns.

Worst ever service by this hospital. You need to wait minimum 3 hrs for simple eye checkup...No prior appointment. Rude front office staff.They will show you hell if you go by reference from company hospital for cashless treatment.

Such a rude behaviour from staff and the waiting time is so much and the examination of the eye is quick but the consultant are the worst. Better not to visit this beach is not worth of money and time.

Not at all patient friendly. I booked an appointment for VEP test telephonically.wasted my whole day, getting an answer after reaching there that we don't conduct the test . They told that they couldn't comprehend on phone.but gave the appointment date and time, without bothering to know what the patient actually wants. Very very poor

Better visit other eye hospitals in gajuwaka like Shankar eye hospital, bhanu eye hospital or harika eye hospital.

Really one of the best hospitals for eye care. But some times not so doctors come here then you will face problems. Me and my can't visited this hospital many times. Recent times the doctors are not so polite.
