Titan Eye+ at RTC Complex, Vizianagaram

Worst thing which I have seen in my life. I have purchase a spets which has some issue. When I Update they did not responded properly, instead of fixing the issue they said we can't do any thing. I have raised for replacement they said they cannot. I have reached out to customer care their response was very worst than the store people. Some how after multiple struggles I reached to customer service manager he approved for replacement, when I requested them please replace with the same model, they can't do. Instead of showing the available spectacles they will keep the best models inside the room not for display as we raised an issue for replacement. Even they won't come and show you the spets when we go for replacement., we need to select by own. This is how they behave towards customers, issue might happens but their behavior must be same for all. My best advice : if you are really interested in titan please visit vizag store. If not you can simply visit local store or lenskart. Please don't waste your time for unnecessary arguments with worst fellows.

These guys are completely irresponsible and they dont know how to handle complaints about product glass legs are damaged in 2 Months.one guys said will replace other guy said give some time and other staff said they don't know about complaint titan might be good but they way they operate it is not good.so don't prefer to go better to buy local dealer they are not professionals in terms of handling customers and there quaries.

The sales person(kumar) is good, actually went to the store with the reply from the store(in this google maps platform). Eye tesing is okay. And after that got the frame that i wanted, billing is smooth and the eta is met. The product after the finish is clean and looking good. Loved the suggested blue coating crizal lens suggested there.

Staff is supportive and friendly, the lens quality is really good I would suggest you to go with the highest end lens as it really makes a difference...I feel like looking at the word in HD.... other than that I bought a watch at fastrack it is good for the price

It's an excellent experience to walk in to Titan store. It holds an wide spread of frames to choose from. The staff are courteous, friendly and have a sharp eye for understanding the customers needs. All in all a very promising positive purchase experience.

When I was listened outside Titan eye plus prices was high,with the doubt only I have visited Titan eye plus store in vizianagaram.but my purchase experience was quite different in the store .They received me very professionally,and the sales person jagadeesh understand my need and given good advice of frame and lenses.i don't know Titan eye plus have this much professional eye testing procedure..The optometrist Mr.sai jawahar did my eye checkup very professionally..I have spent nearly 3hrs in the store..But they didn't even got irritate with me..I have a nice experience with the Titan eye plus for the first time.i will 100% recommend this store for my friends and relatives

The Manager named Sai Jawahar is so humble with the Customers also very quick with providing update on the product delivery progress,,The staff is so nice.

Salesmen pavani explained everything patiently and suggested good product by understanding our need.. mr.jawahar did eye checkup professionally by explaining there unique 20 step zero error eye testing..I feel very happy with their service
