Completely time waste. Staff is so reckless, irresponsible and so lazy to do services. Staff is only allowing the people whom they like and making others to wait unnecessarily. I have waited more than two and half hours for general checkup, still kept me wait for too long. Coming to the doctor, I’m waiting for a call with lot of patience literally for more than three hours and this doctor is expecting more patience in return and arguing with me in a rude manner. Her treatment is also poor and she feels that she is the only doctor who serves the patients. Patient management is so poor, worst in managing services , poor in quality, even doctor service so soo poor. Overall time waste and money waste.

These people are really the worst technically. For the first time i got sight and need spectacles, went to them for general check up etc, I spent 5K for spects an year ago. It was very difficult for me to use their given spects, as it has a bubble for short distance vision. Later at hyd, i went for a review and understood from them that i need reading glasses costing ₹120/-, no need to use that kind of spects that i used. For an year or more I suffered due to the useless staff at shakara netralayam. Don't go to this hospital. Scammers 100%

Worst staff behaviour...her name is Rupa she don't even know what is happening in her scope of work. Her response is very rude people who are comming there to reduce the cost by arogya sree and she don't know about it

Spectical are not quality very bad quality

One star is also waste i think. Management is worst. Not suggested for general checkup. There is a numbering system, we have to follow but they don't follow.
