Titan Eye+ at Papumpare, Itanagar

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Titan Eye Itanagar, and my most recent visit on 16th October 2024 was the worst. I went to change my lenses to a new frame, and their technician broke my glasses. To make matters worse, I encountered a pricing scam. The price tag on the product showed ₹2600, but when I returned after a day due to my busy schedule, the price had jumped to ₹3750. When I questioned the sudden increase, the staff gave no valid explanation. They didn’t even bother informing me in advance about the price change, which they should have. Had they informed me, I would have made the payment earlier to avoid the increase. This lack of transparency and careless handling of my glasses is unacceptable. I would advise others to be cautious and double-check everything if you decide to shop here.

Your technician has prepared my lens using my old frame specifications (PD, Axis, etc) without checking out the new frame on me physically and hence am having extreme eye strain because of wrong PD. Kindly solve issue at the earliest. Regards Tone Mickrow.

Amazing staff and nice service

Extremely happy and pleased to visit here I have been using titan products spectacles and watches since long time and Hospitally provided very applause however the prices in some products is very costly in comparison to its products. So look foward to somethings in nwe products in reasonable prices. The specs guy realy treatment well 👌

Worst staff ever. They sold me unsold old item with different power TWICE. The worst part is that they never took accountability for their action. Do not trust them.
