Titan Eye+ at Town Circle, Dhubri

I bought a spectacle 4 months back from their store and now the covering layer of so called international Zeiss brand lense has been destroyed for which I went to their store and they said they will call me after 2 days and will click photos then and send an email to the company , which they didn't. So I had to go back to their store after one week and then only they clicked some pictures of the glasses . And finally again after 1 week they called me and told me that the company told them that it can't be changed/ corrected. My 8.1k has been successfully wasted. Edit: Finally, the staff called me and replaced the damaged lens. Edit: I am editing the review after 1yr of my purchase. The other side glass also showed the same problem. The covering layer is totally damaged. There are multiple punctate spots which is completely blurring my vision. Overall, the product quality is worst. Not at all worth the money.

Very bad experience with Titan eye plus Dhubri branch. The cost of lense is more than 10k. Got scratches in the lense after 4 days. Photochromic feature is not so well. The behavior of the peoples are very good. But did nothing when I raised the concern.
