Aditya Eye Care (DIB)

"Today, I had one of the worst experiences. I visited this place for my father's eye treatment despite knowing about the bad reviews, especially regarding the behavior of the reception staff. Now, I understand the reasons behind those reviews. It's a shame that despite receiving such feedback, this medical facility has still not made any effort to improve the reception staff's behavior."

I had a worst experience in Aditya eye care today..i felt the staff are so rude and uneducated.. A female receptionist is their who is so rude..and literally she shouted and yelled at me.. She is working in a hospitality background she should be clam and compose.. so i feel the receptionist should be changed or she should get proper training..

Dr are excellent. But a lot of inconvenient charges from workers. For normal delivery we spent more than Rs 80000. Still then we need to paid extra money to wheel chair puller and sweeper as well, even though the package include all these charges. I do not prefer this hospital if you are not from Assam state. If you do not pay them to any labour extra money, you will not received any care which has been written in package.

Being a private hospital, the washroom maintenance is worst. The washroom stinks so bad that no one can sit outside patiently waiting for their turn to visit the doctor. Once someone visits Aditya Eye Care, they need to to visit ENT (nose) doctor soon. Even when I am writing this post, I can see that everyone is covering their nose.

Doctor was good but waiting room was Very very bed lts like toilet.

Doctors are excellent, but the receptionists were very unorganized, and were not patient friendly. I went for a checkup but they sent people registered before me and i had to wait for two hours and had to complain. Pathetic experience with the receptionists.

Doctors are excellent but receiptionist must have training how to behave a patient /senior citizens well.

Why hospital authority has appointmented such unprofessional receptionist...
