I have always been a loyal customer of himalaya store. This time on my vacation to india, i thought of ordering a pair of glasses online however it was taking time to reach my address in kolkata. I called a himalaya store in kolkata but didint get any help from them, they clearly said they are not responsible for online orders( which is true). Then i also called himalaya dibrugarh to know the status of my order. Aanchan Debnath, an employee of himalaya dibrugarh she called head office and followed up for my order and informed me the status of my order, going out of her way. Next day itself, they delivered me my glasses. I am really thankful to her and appreciate the way she helped me.
