Sanjivani Diagnostics & Hospital ( Superspeciality Hospital)

I had a wonderful experience at Sanjivani Diagnostics & Hospital,Dibrugarh. It's hands down the best hospital in the area! The rates are affordable compared to other hospitals, which is a huge plus. The hospital cabins are spacious, with balconies in every cabin, making them comfortable and well-ventilated—not at all congested. The hygiene standards are excellent, and the canteen offers home-like food, which is not only delicious but also of great quality. Highly recommend it!"

Not satisfied with the service of the staff very rude behavior Very Poor service & unhygienic & lack of wardboy have to wait for more than 2 hrs. Dr B N Mahanta Should be more comfortable with the patient & with there parents. I personally found that they all are running intro the money. Quality of the elevator which is none operational most of the time. MCI should be looked intro this

The service at Sanjivani is very poor. The way the nurses talk is not proper, and the service is always delayed. At the very least, patients should be given proper beds in the rooms, but even that is not provided – everything is being managed through adjustments. The night-duty nurses also do not perform their duties and sleep during the night.

A disgrace to the name of health care provider. At present I am at the hospital and my brother has been literally described as been out of any chance of survival (we were expecting it) What was appalling was that the other than medical staff were not allowing even 1 member of the family members to remain outside of the ICU to receive any message from inside the ICU. To emphasize the issue,we are to provide all medicines as prescribed by the doctors. The family members are to be at ground floor where the fans (rotary) are to the benifit of their staff only. Please bear in mind that that the temperature yesterday nearly eclipsed 40°C.

Though the hospital has some good doctors, but the staff behavior is terrible. The reception never answers calls, making inquiries a nightmare. Rude staff, unhygienic toilets, and poor management make every visit frustrating. They seriously need to improve basic patient care and hygiene.

The dirtiest hospital in Dibrugarh, but who cares , they know that people will keep coming and they can't do anything to us. That's the attitude they have. Maximum employees have a attitude like we are the owner and doctors of all the department's. I had to go to hospital to do an MRI scan of my mother, but when I entered the area, I found hygiene level was zero, the operators of the machine spits gutka everywhere, the wall where we were asked to wait was full of stains of pan and gutka. They have a notice like "remove your shoes" but the employees and the doctors doesn't follow that notice, we the patients only follow that. They are charging huge money from us but they cannot keep the hospital clean. The campus was super dirty, parking space is very limited. Maximum Staffs are of rude behaviour. The government should send a notice to the hospital to maintain and follow certain things. Now talking about the owner, he's same too, he doesn't care about the conditions and maintenance of the hospital. Overall a very bad experience in the hospital. Check the photos shared.

Biggest disgrace in the name of a hospital. There are no pros only cons. First of all, it is the dirtiest hospital I have ever seen, even the toilet stinks to the corridors, the rooms are filled with foul odours, No care taken by the owner in the cleaning department at all Secondly this place has the worst faculty I have ever seen . No respect at all by even the receptionist, All uncivilized people are in the staff Even the doctors have no manners at all Everyone is money minded and doesn't look after the patients at all , The doctors made me wait for hours and and even then no proper care was taken. The medicines were ineffective too. The hospital has no good rooms nor good parking facility. Even the sweepers have an attitude. Let's not talk about the lady claiming to be the owner, she has the worst behaviour I have ever seen. I kindly request you all to go for better hospitals than this place which is dirty, uncivilized, and money minded, These hospitals are a disgrace to medical sciences and should be immediately taken action
