Titan Eye+ at Main Mkt, Dibrugarh

Please never take spectacles from this showroom . On order was taken by my father for photochromic glass but instead plain glass was provided. Presently 9500 inr has gone waste as my father is unable to wear not photochromic glass. On asking the staff was rude enough to tell me that my father who is a senior citizen of 68 yrs old is telling a lie. Shame on titen eye Dibrugarh.

Good experience overall, especially the checkup and customer service. All safety protocols being followed as well. However, product quality is not upto the mark. I recently ordered a pair of power glasses in-store, however when I received the pair, the frame was scratched. The product quality maintained at Titan Eye+ stores in other parts of the country is much better than what it is in Dibrugarh.

Bought a frame and had a very good experience. The staff is helpful and the store itself is located in the heart of the town, so it's easily reachable. Overall a very good experience.

Wonderful Experience, good service

Very bad service and behavior of the sales persons. Left the store without any purchase as they torn off the product price tag without my permission. When asked about that, they replied whether I am going to wear the price tag? Bad ethics followed by the store.

The experience was awesome, very welcoming and love the product. They also called me after few days to ask me about my product whether I was happy with it. I would recommend it every one. And one of the best think about Titan Eye Plus is that they have free eye check up also.
