am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the receptionist at your facility. My recent experience was extremely frustrating due to her unprofessionalism, lack of basic courtesy, and failure to perform her duties properly. From the moment we arrived, she was inattentive, wearing earphones, and chewing gum while on duty. She did not pay attention to us, struggled to enter my details correctly, and showed no effort in assisting us. When I asked for the room number, she dismissively told me to “just go” instead of providing clear instructions. As it was my first visit, I expected at least basic guidance, yet she failed to inform me that I needed to go to Room 7 or provide the necessary OPD card. To make matters worse, after we had already completed payment, she later insisted that we had not paid anything. It was only after another staff member, who was much more helpful and capable, intervened that the issue was resolved. This level of incompetence and rudeness is completely unacceptable, especially in a professional healthcare setting. A receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and should be able to communicate effectively, assist visitors properly, and handle responsibilities with diligence. If she is unable or unwilling to do her job correctly, I seriously question why she was hired in the first place. I urge you to take immediate action to ensure that such unprofessional behavior does not continue. Patients should not have to deal with this kind of treatment when seeking medical care. I expect a response regarding what steps will be taken to address this issue.

Was my second visit and really disappointed with the consultant doctor. The ophthalmic technician did a good job at checking my power but when I was called into the chamber of consultant doctor, he wrapped up the whole screening in just 2 mins. I had so many questions regarding lasik/ICL but he was dismissive and referred us further for a surgery consultation. I went there with recurring issues of itching on my right eye but came back without any answers. Doctor just wrote the medicines and his assistant told us we were done. Oh the worse part, the doctor didn’t even write down my eyepower in the prescription. Before leaving, I had to ask the assistant to write it for me. So what was the point of the visit if they are least interested to know the issues and do the bare minimum to write down the power? Simply waste of time and money.

The appointment process is extremely poor—despite booking via call a day in advance, there was no record of the appointment upon arrival at the hospital. This reflects highly unprofessional service, and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the experience.

The glass that were given for the testing had so many scratches so because of that even though the power was perfect but still is was blurry. This was not expected in a reputed eye hospital like asg . And I request the authorities to take immediate action because it is a very serious matter.

One of the best eye hospital ever I have visited with very well trained doctors around the states with best of the State of the art facilities and well behaved and trained hospital staff with a professional management team which includes their councillors who helped me with the whole process and led my matters handle smoothly

Initial registration fee : Rs 500. Deposit the amount and keep sitting comfortably !! Or may be have a small bite or get a cup of hot coffee! They take care the rest. Loved the technical and non technical staff... Doctors are experienced...... Even patients bear different looks....they come from all parts of North East... Have a eye glass shop to take care of your eye glass needs.... Found the cost quite reasonable..... They wouldn't force you to get the high end products if you don't want to get it. Only one issue !!!! Parking.... Not much space........and very confusing parking slots..... Anyway, parking won't cure your eyes.....

Worst experience ever they behave so rude actually the receptionist are the worst part but not the employees... I have never seen this kind of people appointed as receptionist in any hospitals ... they will show a different kind of attitude like they are holding some government jobs.literally no more words
