Very bad experience. They are running kind of a scam . The doctor just gives higher powered glasses as he has no time finding the exact right powers. Happened to me when I was younger and to my Mom a few days ago. Then they scam you into buying a spectacles from the shop that is below them , but they make the receipt and take the order. Now when you understand they faked you with cheap spectacles then they tell you that you didnot order from them but points you to Prince opticals, that is below them. And Prince opticals can't believe that you paid such high price for these spectacles. Both these places are playing scam on people and must be investigated

Worst clinic and welcome desk person's behaviour is really unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money visiting this clinic. Better you go to Sankardeva Nethralaya or others

Worst experience, very bad behaviour of the front desk salesman he thinks he’s the one who knows everything lol

Doctor is very honest and polite and staff is also very good and friendly.

Pathetic! Doctor is so nervous that he gets a panic attack and leaves operation just before it is scheduled. Didnot even think about the ailing 70year old patient who enquired about operation way in advance. Did not even have a backup doctor who can handle stress and workload in absence of one. Time lost. They take the entire payment while booking operation but takes time to refund.

I went there for chalazion treatment twice but it was a waste of time and money. Worst eye doctor ever, have no time for patient.

Doctor didn't check properly. I have to examine my eye power on other clinic. They are busy in selling spectacles.very pathetic. My money wasted. Spectacle didn't work.
