Guwahati Eye Hospital

I have no problem with the Doctor. But the staff here lack time management. They make patients wait for too long. And they don't even accept advance appointment through calls. I came with my mother here and we waited for almost 3 hours which is absurd. I even told them that my mother has to travel back home and had a ticket booked and her train leaves at 4:30. But there understanding level is zero. Even upon asking them that how long and they just replied, "Time lagibo, bohut files asay." But I think they should consider and try to understand certain patient's issues.

Yes docotor is single and this is his dicision about his servicese like i want make more mony and for that i will engage more jiniror doctor and what ever result in favour of pesitients ,secondly no i will give service to my cilent one by one and i dont need handfull of mony and yes in my experience he is an excelent in behaviour/aproch /servicess and most impotent responsibility towards pesitens he think .. if i done mistake one can not be viw this beautiful world and this is responsibily i have seen and experience with dr kruto and he give me second chance to enjoy and feel this havenly world .but cant deny first impession is the last impession and receiptionist shoud be sweet voice care tsker and need convince woried patients ..like we are with u dont need to worry .but both receiptionest are roood ...dont worry doctor is a god he have ability to give second chace somebody to view enjoy this beautiful world

Its very neat and clean. There is plenty of seating chairs for visitors. Doctors and their assistance were too polite and they have the proper knowledge of what they are doing. I have a nice experience here. Doesn't feel like hospital.

I was here in the second week of March 2020. Good staff, who has correct information. Great doctor, who gives details. Affordable. The rural population comes here a lot, which shows trust of patients over generations

I just had an very awful experience with Dr. Kruto Kalita, this guy is an idiot! He prescribed wrong medicine to my uncle 1 month back and shamelessly said it's our fault that we didn't came for check up every week. This dumb doctor is completely insane, The medicines have reacted my uncle's Eye and now I have to take my uncle to Delhi for proper treatment. Guys be aware of such people who prescribe medicine for money not to cure patients. All they want is money!
