Excellent service, eye check up was done with virtual platform. Eye Power and other lens related queries were briefed throughly. Very satisfied. Lenses are a bit costly but worth paying. very comfortable. Very skilled staffs. Spacts are also delivered on time as specified.

This is my second time ordering directly from the Lenskart store in Guwahati, and I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience. When I tried the glasses at the store, the fit was perfect. However, the pair that was delivered to my address is noticeably larger and does not match what I had tried in-store. To make matters worse, I was initially informed that the order could not be delivered and was asked to make an additional payment for delivery. After all the inconvenience, receiving glasses of the wrong size has added to my frustration. I don’t know where the miscommunication or error occurred—whether at the store level or through Lenskart’s delivery system—but the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Given our already hectic daily schedules, having to now go through the hassle of returns and exchanges is very frustrating. I want to make it clear that I have no complaints against the staff who assisted me at the store—they were helpful and courteous. My concern is with the overall service and fulfillment process. I sincerely request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure such discrepancies do not happen in the future. This is an honest account of my experience.

Satisfied with the order , medium weight , the frame is Simple but also stylish for me And lense is So perfectly Match according to my eye test.. And the Box size as well is good 👍

it is okay,this time,But when I went to exchange due to manufacturing defect of the frame the behaviour of one of the staff was not welcomed , Having intentions that I as a customer ,first did something wrong the frame, for this I am giving One star less.. she needs manners how to talk with people
