Writing this just before approaching doctor, After found doctor is good but overall authority making loot.

Very unprofessional behaviour of staff as well as doctor. No doubt the treatment is good(probably) but there's something called professional behaviour. First, you have to wait the whole day to see the doctor, and even after that they send other people (who are known to them) before your number. And when you complain about it they behave very very rudely. We went there for my mother and the place was far away from my place. We thought we'd get atleast proper behaviour from them. But tha staff especially one guy who was there with the doctor was very very rude. You should Never ignore or underastima your patients. Overall it was an exhausting experience to be honest.

Excellent service. The doctor is very professional, and has great diagnostic skills. The diagnosis in my case was perfect, and I did not even have to take a second opinion.

Not recommended. Receptionist is not well behaved. Don't know the manners how to talk with the patient. ONLY 30 PATIENTS ALLOWED. Emergency patient not allowed. Better search another.

Best Eye Doctor in Guwahati. Doctor is very experienced. And the hospital stuffs are also very helpful. My treatment went smoothly. I m happy with my experience in Omega eye Clinic.

What an old school way of taking an appointment. You have to first go to the clinic early morning at around 7:30 am to get the token number. There is no other way of taking an appointment via phone call or even online.

Very good hospital for eyes...My father whose age is 73 got a very good treatment here...
