OptEx Eyecare

I have been wearing specs for the last 15 years and this never happened: Searched on the net and came here after reading reviews as I am not from Ghy. When I received my glasses after a long waiting period, TaDaaa.....! The powers in both the eyes were exchanged. I live in IIT Ghy, quite far from this place and this caused me immense trouble. I would again sort back to ordering online on standard websites. Edit: Please see the pics, this was the condition in which I got the spects finally.

I had an opportunity to visit OptEx eyecare and i was impressed by this professional setup. Despite there being other patients i was attended to prompty. The eye checkup was conducted with utmost care and attention. The place is extremely well stocked with frames of a wide variety and range. I decided to take a branded half frame. The options for lens selection was shown to me clearly and cost benefit explained with honesty. Finally the order was handled efficiently and the spectacle was delivered in 3 working days. After a trial I was amazed to see how proper my vision was considering i went for a progressive lens. I wish this place a roaring success.

I visited this place with my family on a trip to guwahati. My sister's lost her glasses so we we visited the store...The staffs present were very prompt & helpful.They understood the need of time for us & took an extra effort to get us the pair of new glasses on very next day.We were glad to get that service & really thankful to the whole team of the store...I would love to visit there evertime....Very nice & commited staffs....Thanks to the whole team.

A store with perfect combination of good quality frames and shades along with the perfect eye examination from a well qualified optometrist. The store gesture is very nice. Hope to get this treatment Everytime I visit.

Great stock, well trained staff and Optometrists make this place an ideal visit for eye check up and and your eyewear needs. Special good for people in Maligaon, Adabari, University and nearby areas since there are not many options available here.

Very bad experience. I will nvr recommend anyone to visit here. Complete business no morality and services. Let me explain : Here they have a condition if we check our eye sight here then we must take the glass from here otherwise they will not be responsible for any changes with the Lens power. Recently my mother and I went. A female doctor examined her. During examine My mother told the doctor that she could hardly see the last words but the doctor ignored her words and prescribed with a Lens power. Later on when we told that we will take the Specs Frame from outside since they don't have better collections. Then they told us that they will not be responsible with the prescribed Lens power. We went out and took a Frame from Fancy Bazar fitted with the Lens. Now inspite of new Lens my mother couldn't see things properly. A doctor must listen to the patient and should prescribed accordingly but here the female doctor (that we experienced) don't want to listen patiently and just prescribed according to her. Now we have to re-examine my mother eyes and get her with new Lenses. Whats the use of rating 5 stars if we hv to do the same process again and again...

Very well disciplined and clean clinic. And all the staff are very co operative. Overall nice experience.
