Firstly they took 300 registration, and God knows what registration they does, not even a file provided Second, the doctor prescribed a medicine, which is not available in their pharmacy, or outside pharmacy, on enquiry I found there is no supply for last 6 months on that medicine. Third, when I asked the inhouse pharmacist, she told me to Google an alternate medicine and buy outside. When is said the doctor has to pescribe alternate medicine as I don't want to take responsibility of that drug. The pharmacist lady was very rude, and yelled at me saying she will get it written from doctor. My overall experience was very bad, and I was treated inhumanly by the pharmacist. I would recommend people to go to other hospitals like nemcare, Apollo clinic or other big hospitals, as these guys charge you same, but treat you badly. We pay money to you guys so that you get salary, and this is the treatment we get in return I will never visit again for any emergency, and will urge people not to waste money, and get humiliated by these arrogant people with zero civics sense.

Bad experience so far as eye testing is concerned.Done cataract operation successfully but vision testing was done wrongfully.When realised their mistake but surprisingly blaming me for presence of cataract.Whereas my earlier spectacle was helpful to read clearly in the right eye.Catarct operation was done in the left eye.Inexperience opthalmologist were there without any superviser.They do whatever they wish.

Overall good experience. Well behaviour of staff towards patients, washroom and room was clean.Only problem was have to wait alot for discharge. However, its not there fault

They are most unprofessional and don't follow any queue system. For a simple test it will take 2-3 hours. If they don't find any issues then they will ask for OCT test..which costs Rs 2500/-. It has happened for both me and my daughter.

Staff members are very cooperative and well behaved....Even the price of glasses are reasonable ...overall experience was good..

Waste of money. The glass quality was worst. I told them to give good quality glass and gave them money as they wanted but after two months there were all scratches at my glasses. Try to improve your glass quality as you take good amount in the name of glasses. I'm too dissatisfied with you and I'll never recommend any of my friends & family to this Pragjyoti Eye care.

Got vaccinated for COVID here this morning! Well organised and a pleasant experience overall.

Most lovely behaviours of every persons (all staffs/ doctors) of this hospital.... And gives best treatment.......
