Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya

I had a terrible experience at Sankaradeva Hospital. I was waiting at OPD 4 for over 4 hours, only to be left in complete uncertainty about whether the doctor was coming or not. Despite repeated inquiries, the staff provided no clear updates and displayed an indifferent attitude. This lack of communication and disregard for patients' time is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Patients come here seeking care and respect, not to be treated with apathy. Waiting for hours without any explanation or resolution shows a complete failure in management and staff training. I strongly urge the hospital to improve its patient communication and ensure accountability among its staff. Such negligence and poor service undermine the trust patients place in this institution.

The overall experience have been great. Dr Ganesh Kuri is an amazing person who takes really good care of the patients. The hospital stuffs Namita Hazarika was really helpful and patience. My father is senior citizen with Diabetic and Namita was kind to keep a check on him during the waiting period. All others stuffs were very supportive as well and the process of Cataract surgery was pretty smooth!! Only the area which i would recommend to improve is waiting time. We took appointment for 10am for initial consultation however the check up was done at 1pm which makes an aged person really inconvenient. It will be great if the management can look into it and try to maintain the appointment time given.

Overall treatment is satisfactory but the waiting time for a doctor in OPD takes 4 to 5 hours when your turn comes plus the doctor leaves from their chamber off and on adding woes to back pain sitting for long hours. Visit only when u have an ample of leisure time.

I must say that I was very happy with the treatment, doctors and the facilities available here. But Big big disappointment with most of the staff members who seem to work only for the monthly salary and lacks motivation, no proper response. (I should also mention the reception staff at the main counter are very professional and prompt). The security personnel are extremely rude and have no sense of how to talk to people. I guess they need some counselling. Misbehaves in anyway possible as if all visitors come to haras them. I want to give negative stars for the security personnel. I have no idea who gives them instructions. Treat people with little bit of dignity. People come here with lot of hopes.

I would like to call especially Dr. Ganesh Ch. Kuri and Mrs. Namita under OPD 2 in regard to their selfless and professional services displayed and provided to carry out smooth operation and recovery to my Dad eye surgery . I for one will always be in debt for their service . Would definitely recommend their service.

Doctors, receptionist and security are wonderful, we’ve spent over a week in this hospital as we have many concern. Their customer service is amazing. God bless them all 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Very clean hospital....the staff of opd 2 is outstanding...very helpful staff.special thanks to respected Dr.Ganesh Chandra Kuri sir for your excellent service...God bless u all
