Extremely disappointed with my experience at Titan Eye+. I had to replace my frames twice in less than a year due to poor quality. The first frame’s bridge broke in under six months. Instead of replacing it, they gave me a credit note, claiming the frame was unavailable. I had no choice but to buy a different model at nearly double the price. Unfortunately, the second frame also broke within six months at the soldering joints. The store took my specs for over a week, but never replaced them, nor did they bother to provide any updates. On top of that, I purchased anti-fogging glasses, which started fogging within the first week of use. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the service. I expected much better from a brand like Titan, but instead, I feel like I’ve been overcharged for inferior products.

Nice place to buy specks. Staffs are kind generous and informative. Reasonable price. Just lacks frames stocks. Cosy environment. Not so many customers and hence peaceful environment.Varieties of glasses available.
