I was suffering from alagry for 2 years. I went to medical and homeopathic treatment but got no results. Finally, a friend of mine suggested me to visit Arunpam sir's clinic. After treatment from him, I am now completely recovered. Thank you very much Anupam sir for curing my 2 year old allergy in 1 month

Both the doctors are very well mannered. They were super approachable and explained everything in a easy to understand manner. Also the clinic is very well designed, superb interiors, good paintings and very neat and clean.

Sorry to Share my experience Sir. Although Doctor's behaviour/service was excellent, however the staff thereat are very irresponsible. We were asked to do some PTA and Impedence test. The time for the said test was 2.00 pm. And we arrived there accordingly. The receptionist asked us to wait. We waited there for an hour. Upon enquiry, the receptionsit asked to wait for another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, again I re-enquired and she tried to avoid the situation. Finally when I wanted to leave and asked for the prescription, she asked me to go to the boy next room and take the prescription. Dear Sir, I believe you also know the value of time. If the timing of the tests were uncertain, why we were asked to come at 2.00 pm? Do the technicin, who arrived there at 2:45 pm and left after doing just one test also know the value of time. Looking at his face it seemed he really need some tution class of empathy. Felt like you were taking advantage of patients situation? Please ask your team to be punctual like you Sir. Or atleast teach then to apologize in such situation. They were seemed annoyed seing patients and busy with themselves. A simple apology, or a smile matters. We are not there asking for free service Sir, we are paying and we deserve a little bit of punctuality/timeliness from Private health care services. Otherwise, we had alternatives. They do not allow any other attendant except the patient. My mother was having some issues . She clicked some pictures on her phone to show the doctor. But they didn't allow her to take the phone inside of his clinic. Besides these, he only checked her by using a tongue depressor and not any other tests and all. And she's still suffering from the disease she went to get treated.

Doctor was really thorough and approachable. My first time experience was really good with him
