Himalaya Optical Jorhat

I ordered a power coded sunglass from your store on 31st March with full advance payment and your staffs assured me I would get it by 10th April in my residence by courier. That's why they noted down my residential address and I told them again and again that I had to get it by 10th April,it is an emergency. But On 5th April one of your staffs called me and told my sunglass is ready and they literally forgot about the courier and then I had to give reminder about the courier. They sought the address from me irresponsibly and they again assured me that I would get it by 2-3days. But after that they didn't contact me not even once. On 12th April I contacted them asked about the delivery. Then they shameless said that courier partner doesn't go there and after all that they didn't even acknowledged their irresponsiblity. And they were asking me what to do next. And after all that today I contacted a bus driver at Jorhat and asked him to do that favour of delivering the sunglass to me and he charged me Rs 100 for that. This is utter irresponsiblity. This is absolute customer harrasment

To be honest, for me this one is the best optical store in entire Jorhat area. You can get here best quality's of Frames, lenses, contact lenses etc. Moreover, their behavior towards customers are so polite and decent. And specially thank you Mr. Kankan Debnath for your cooperation and concern to get me the best quality of service from your store.

The staff is truly amazing; they are very kind and helpful. I purchased a pair of glasses about 13 months ago, but the nose pads got damaged. So, I visited them again, and within 3 days, they ordered new nose pads from the Police brand and replaced them for me without charging a single rupee. Even when I offered to pay for it, they told me it was their duty and that the service was free of cost. The service was outstanding, and the staff’s behavior was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Had an amazing experience while buying my glasses. Firstly, the eye check up was apt. Secondly, they had a wide variety of frames to offer and you could select as per your preferences. Finally, the specks was delivered in the promised time. Special mention - Mr. Kankan Devnath, who attended and helped us throughout this process. Really well behaved and trained. Good going!

Wonderful place and nice staff. Lens and frames are of good quality and good price. The store has their own chamber for eye checkup which is a good advantage for the customers. I had a good experience. Thanks!

Amazing staff. Amazing services. Very nice and soft-spoken. They were very patient while we were trying glasses and offered free servicing of glasses every month. If I could I will give them one extra star for treating their customer nice.
