Vision Care

Had an appointment on 16th Sep 2024 which was given by doctor himself.However, we waited for 3 hrs and finally gave up due to poor professionalism and rude behavior by the staffs and the owner of the clinic. These people treat patient very poorly.

Worst service give patients time to call for appointment and when u call them they would keep their number out of service .... Never ever visit them the treatment one of my relative got from them was terrible...

Dr.Nilanjan Kaushik Thakur has been the best doctor I have ever come across..He's calmness is something which is really impressive...He listens to his patients and their problems so nicely that really requires immense patience...I just loved his style of treatment and I am really glad and satisfied after visiting him ❤️

Receptionist never receives the call. So it becomes difficult to knw regarding the availability of doctors and related information via phone.

Very bad service. Their staff is not at all professional.

Doctor is good , but receptionist is Deputy Commissioner ( cachar )

The reception never picks up the call or responds in any manner whatsoever.
