Had a great experience at Tiran eye plus kokrajhar store. Went to repair my mothers spects which they repaired it in less than 5 minutes. Thanks to store manager Saidul Islam. Will visit again

Worst experience. Didn’t get my order which was placed about two weeks back. Looks like the technician who makes the glasses is out of town and the store people have no idea when he will return so there is no certainty when my order will be ready. Worst service ever and that too from a big reputed brand like Titan. Had placed my order stating it’s an emergency as o don’t have spare glasses and I was promised that my order would be ready within a week but the unavailability of technician and therefore the delay of order was not even updated to me…will never ever order from here and will tell all my friends and family never to visit this awful store!!!!

They charged Full / Half payment in cash / Card / UPI, They can check your current eye power free of cost but: 1* For product delevery time, 4* For Ambiance, 4* For Product Availability 3* For Price point 1* For Staff Communication (after sale) And Let your staff be polite with customer after placing the order, once you receive the payment plz care your customer. Product you purchase having no warranty or guarantee what ever the price maybe and delevery time is unknown by the staff (they may say 6-7 days) but did not update you in time, you have to call them for the status of your product, their expression is like "ONCE WE RECEIVE YOR PRODUCT, WE WILL INFORM YOU". Plz Change this approach, and let your valuable customers know when they get delivery.

Eyes check up are very good.. frame quality are very good and lens also.. staff are very good behaviour.. store are very need and clean. Thanks you Titan for making beutiful our kokrajhar..
