Behaviour of staff is very toxic . I went there with 4 patient from eye camp . All those patients were above 85 years of age .they were not able to see anything due to dilated fundus. This staff lady in 50s sitting outside ot room behaved so badly with us , considering them as camp patients and not private. I told her that im doctor by profession , and their managing staff has told me to stay with these old patients, one of them being my own grandmother. She said camp patients means camp patients they r not private patients i dont care if u r doctor. Felt so disrespected. People often beat doctors due such behaviour of staff. She must be fired.

Very poor service.. too much complicated management system.. it's fine for young people but not elderly person they can't visit alone.. doctor behaviour is very rude..

It is good for eye's checkup but you have to spend 4-5 hours time there. I went there at 9am, they allot a serial number at 10am based on your arrival (there should be a que in the morning). Then checkup will start 10:30am. The doctors came at 11am and then also they consume a lots of time. But overall good clinic with affordable price. I have paid RS.200 for Doctor's appointment and RS.200 for the test. I will suggest to consult your visionary problem there.

Reasonable price for eye checking but have to wait for hours to complete checking, little rude behaviour observed on junior staff..

Pathetic Behaviour of the Doctor named Dr Haimanti Choudhury she should learn how to behave with patients first and then come to clinic.

Third Class Services provided my Hospital Staff as well as Doctor. Doctor is uneducated don't know how to talk to patient.

I have gotten my eyes checked here, four to five years back and the readings were so wrong and they prescribed me a wrong lens and its power.

Horrible experience. Very money minded, consultant only 300 to attract patient, after that starts the money earning technique. Rude behaviour of both doctor and attendent. Better go to lions eye hospital.
