I am fully satisfied with the behaviour of the staffs, especially Mr. Kankan, he has such a nice welcoming attitude. I came from Dharmanagar and visited the store today, I'm so pleased with everything and never going back to any other store for glasses anymore.

Very nice service. The staff behavior was extremely good and friendly. They helped me choose frame and lens, (which I was confused about). It is a must go to place if you want specs. The only downside is that you have to wait 4 to 5 days to get your specs ready.
Over all is very good but staff behaviour is extremely disappointing
Wonder service. Sales person was very helpful. Without hesitation he showed us lots all the option and explained in details as much as possible. In short its a must visit place if you need specs of any type.
