Pathetic Service by clinic staff, the old man at the chamber is very rude and total nonsense. He doesn't know how to behave. I'll suggest to consult the doctor elsewhere but not here. 0 stars for the service. Totally not recommended.

One of the best doctor in town. I had been to the clinic with my parents for their eye check-up twice and it went on well. I am very pleased to say that my parents felt relaxed while discussing their issues as the ambience is pretty good and our eye-specialist Dr Vikash is very soft spoken , polite , calm listener, who isn't in a hurry or haste to finish up the diagnosis to attend the next patient as seen in most of the clinics. Post treatment follow-up and response is something that would give the clinic an upper edge over other clinics that have been mushrooming here in our town. Overall I would rate my experience as 10/10 ✔ ✌

"I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sharma at Dr Vikash Sharma Eye Clinic. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Sharma was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable during the eye exam and explained everything he was doing along the way. Dr. Sharma also provided me with some valuable advice on how to take better care of my eyes, which I found very helpful. The staff was very patient and attentive when it came to helping me pick out new frames for my glasses. They have a great selection of eyewear and I was able to find a pair that I really love. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Vikash Sharma. The level of service provided was exceptional and the staff made the whole experience very pleasant."

Location is best as there is parking in front and just near ultralab. Took my daughter for headache after getting frustrated from all the doctors in town. Doctor was so experienced and picked up the problem which was missed by other doctors. . He did power checkup by instilling some drops and prescribed the glasses.. Now, my daughter don't have any headache.. Doctor is well versed in all languages.. Felt very comfortable and explained all the queries. Thanks a lot Dr Sharma we are really grateful to you. We will recommend others to visit him for any eye related problem

Best experience. A person personality is define how he/she treats other people. Doctor vikash was very sweet and friendly even the lady who was managing the counter was sweet. Literally you guys deserve all the stars. But only one thing I didn't like about the clinic was the old man who was managing the counter along with the lady, was grumpy today.😂
