Optik Seis - Bali Galeria

I always love visiting a sunglass shop, specially this store because they have varieties range of products and the store feels so welcoming and fun. I wanted a specific product from their online collection and the SA - Christian helped to offer me the sunglass deliver to the store so I can try it, a week later he called and said the product is in store. I tried it and I love it... Shout out to Christian that helped me out.

A screw on my wife's prescription glasses came off, we went to this store for repair, the staff were very courteous. Optician Antonius Marvin demonstrated his skill with a very quick fix, when we inquired for the fee, he gently said we didn't need to pay. We genuinely appreciate his help, and would not hesitate to recommend the store to anyone, their support is superb.

The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful providing what we need and make us very comfortable and feel like at home. We always find the products we look for. 🥰😍👌👌👌

A good chain store that carries one of my favorite brands (Ray-Ban). The store holds a large enough collection. Compared to Optik Melawai, I would say the brands they carry are a lot more fashionable. The staff that helped me was also friendly. He assisted me with the things I needed and gave me good recommendations.

I have been Optik Seis’s loyal customer since I lived in Jakarta for over than 10yrs and now I live in Bali. Always a nice shopping experience in Seis Mall Bali Galleria, not only that the collections (especially the High End brands) always up to date too but the staffs are knowledgeable and very friendly. The store always clean. The staff greet customers in appropriate manner without being too closed that makes the customer feel pressure to buy the products. The after sales service are excellent, even though I bought the sunglasses from 12yrs ago if I ask for a general wash-clean when I visit the store the staff will assist immediately. Keep up on being the best Optic store in Indonesia.

Your staff at Optic Seis - Bali Galeria promise me to contact me the next day after I left the store, on Friday, 8th July 2022 and till today Wed, 14th of July .. (its been 5 days passed)... no one contacted me as his promises! I have been trying to contact your customer service several times and same.. till today no news regarding to the problem of my glasses (I purchased it on 24th June 2022). I don't know what's going on and when I can pick up my glasses. I felt neglected and it was very frustrating and disappointing! I need the glassess before July 20, 2022. Is that anyone can contact me back to explain ?
