Excellent service. Last night my glasses were pressed, one frame was upper and one frame was lower, so the glasses need to be repaired. Optik Seis is the spectacles provider I trust most all the time, therefore today I went to Optik Seis BeachWalk branch. The optician helped me repair my glass carefully and quickly. No hard sell at all. Thanks for the good job, and I really appreciate the help given by the optician. Surely Optik Seis will be my first choice when purchase products and service related to spectacles.

A big thank you to the crew at Optik Seis, especially Mr. Dandi and Mr. Dwi. I had my frames made in Australia but went to Optik Seis looking to replace just the lenses. Both staff members were outstandingly attentive and greatly detailed in following my specific request to fit the focus points of the lenses to my unusually shaped frames. The lenses are of excellent quality & fairly priced. They went out of their way to expedite the delivery time to make sure i would make my flight the next day and i like that i can communicate to the store on Whatsapp; it’s very personalised and convenient. I will be sure to only go here for my glasses in the future, highly recommend the service of these two gentlemen.

I broke my glasses yesterday and my wife said: lets have a look for an optics shop. First Shop we did see was Seiss Optics. We went in and asked If they could help us with the broken glasses and they did. Half an hour later the glasses we're fixxed (new glasses) and i was able to see again. Walked in to get glasses repaired. Service is helpful, efficient and communicative (employee aptly explained the issue). Got a loose eyeglass temple/hinge fixed free of charge. The optician also serviced the other hinge for good measure. Afterwards, the fit was perfect.
