Bad behavior from staff, pathetic service. Staffs and Doctors, they are not cooperative, doesn't treat patients properly. When the patient was inside the chamber Infront of the Doctor, Doctor was busy talking on the phone for about 10 mins, which is very unprofessional from the doctor and unpleasant for the patient. Overall, pathetic service.

Good service but not affordable for Middle & lower class people. Higher middle class people can afford their service. They maintain hygiene too much.👌 Dr. & nurse & stuffs behaviour is very good.

It's a hospital for eye treatment at Malibagh right adjecent to Hosaf Tower. It's situated on the 9th and 10th floor of the building. All renowned doctors provide their consultancy for eye treatment. Fully air condined. Plenty of seats for waiting. System is so good. A shop for glasses is there. Staffs are very polite and supporting. Consultancy fees have to be paid first. It's a good option here for the eye treatment.

One of the best eye hospitals. Very neat and clean.

On 9/12/24, with severe eye itch, took an appointment of a senior doctor. I was there in time (4pm sharp). But i had to wait for 45 minutes for consultation. There were no pressure of other patient.

Well lighted & decorated building and their staffs were helpful. Pharmacy and spectacle shop is available also. Doctors are also very friendly

Doctors: Doctors are good. I personally know 2 of them. They are extremely good at what they are doing. Expense: Compared to individual chamber of doctors this hospital is expensive. As I am reviewing on this day, they charge 1500 taka for new patient just for a doctor visit. Environment: Very nice and clean environment, enough waiting room space and sitting arrangement. Clean washroom. 3 elevators, so you wont have to wait for it. Behavior: The receptionist was rude. A female one on the 10th floor. I just met and talk to one, so I am not generalizing. *** Even though the have several doctors present at a time still you have to wait hours to visit a doctor. So go with spare time in your hand.

Whatever you do, do NOT consult with Dr. Shish Rahman. He'll not be listening beyond 5 sentences & will start talking about his theories & opinions. Funnily enough, as soon as he had inspected my wife’s eyes, it turned out that there were indeed a substantially opaque & sizeable spot over her retina. Yet, when she had tried to explain to him that there seemed to be a layer over her eyes, he had dismissed it completely. Not to mention, his attitude will make you feel like you're doing him a favour, even though you're the one paying him your hard earned money. Go someplace else or consult with basically any other doctor in Bangladesh Eye Hospital, but him.
