Better Life Hospital

Not everyone has the same expectations. Butt is a fairly good quality hospital in Rampura but nothing extraordinary

It is one of the worst hospitals in this area. Although there service quality is very poor, they charge higher than others hospital . They not solely misbehave with customers but also threaten to the consumers. For example, yesterday, I went to buy a medicine namely Fosamin 3mg Sachet which was available in there pharmacy and then I was asked to pay 350 tk. When I paid 500 tk, they returned to me 150 tk, and gave me that medicine. However, suddenly, the sales representatives were starting to say that we will not sell the medicine to you. I immediately asked the reason they said they don't have stock. What a surprising comment it was! They sold me a tablet after that they asked me to return that tablet as they don’t have stock. After that when I told them that you have already sold the product and show me the rules that you are not allowed to sell me the product . Instead of providing the terms and conditions, they asked me who are you? Why will we show the terms and condition? After debating few minutes, they supplied that medicine. It was one of the bad experience for me. I do recommend it.

Better life Hospital is one of the best hospital near Rampura Bazar. They are very clean but slow in services.

I'm giving this hospital a solid 5 because of their humility throughout the Qouta Reform Movement. They gave demonstrators free emergency care and even assisted a few financially. Most hospitals were closed at the time, and others refused to treat injured protestors, but Better Life Hospital remained open around the clock during the unrest.

Great to have a well equipped hospital in Rampura.

Becose there is not single hospital like near othere n these area all kinds of treatment are available here also with lots of equipments

this one too much expensive we can't do emergency they're can't any discount

all staff are too much irresponsible they tell me after 10.00pm call for report. but now said after 10 all will be closed. may be staff are not well trained. it’s risky
