The hospital is modern and state of the art, no doubt about that. And, Dr. Deen Mohammad is literally the best man in the business. But, there is only one issue. They do not maintain the time/schedule. I have seen incidents where a patient was told to be present at 7 pm for eye checkup but the individual ended up getting his/her chance to see the doctor at 11:30 pm! Imagine the distress of the people who came from distant places.

Nice booking system. Confirm by sms. Total hospital is neat and clean. Doctor provided sufficient time to checkup. All medicines were available in the pharmacy. An in-house glass shop is also available. All tests were done inside the hospital and reports were given instantly. Dcotors’ fees are high. Update 1: So, after 3 months of treatment there wasn’t any progress on my father’s eye. We’ve spend a significant amount in injections. Finally, we’ve visited Kolkata for the treatment and they’ve informed us that the treatment from Dhaka didn’t work at all. We had to go through surgery in Kolkata. After first time checkup, doctor only provided us 5-7 minutes. There were two patients present in the room during the time of doctor’s checkup. There was a rush in checkup.

I came to read reviews because I was planning to take my daughter to Professor Dr. Khair Ahmed Chowdhury. However, after reading the reviews, I felt that I wouldn't be satisfied with their service. So, I canceled the appointment.

Does not give time AT ALL and they are always in a hurry. I suspected Glaucoma but they didn’t give any tests. Afterwards I had to visit Birdem.
