Recently, I visited the hospital for my mother's cataract surgery, and I had an overall positive experience. The surgery was successful, and my mother is now enjoying clear and improved vision, which is a great relief for our family. This result alone speaks volumes about the expertise and care provided by the hospital. The service we received was truly commendable. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed professionalism and care. The highlight of our experience was the doctor who performed the surgery. He was exceptionally friendly, patient, and approachable, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and answering all our questions. This not only reassured us but also helped my mother feel relaxed and confident going into the surgery. The hospital premises were clean and well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to hygiene and patient comfort. However, one area that could use improvement is their lift system. The lifts were a bit slow, which occasionally caused minor inconveniences, especially for patients who might already be dealing with mobility issues. Addressing this would further enhance the patient experience. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the care and services provided by the hospital. Their dedication to patient well-being and the professionalism of their staff left a lasting impression. While the lift system could be improved, it doesn’t overshadow the excellent medical care and support we received. I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality treatment, especially for cataract surgeries or other eye-related procedures. It’s a place where you can trust the hands of skilled professionals and expect positive outcomes.

Recently, I visited the hospital twice for the eye treatment of my mother and for my eye treatment. The treatment of the hospital is good but the payment system is little horrible,like medical officer for 100 taka,consultant for 200 taka,assistant Professor for 300 taka, and Professor for 500 taka. Though i consulted both assistant professor and Professor,my point of view assistant professor is better than Professor. Because she/he gave more time and procedure of treatment was better then professor. After buy ticket with 400 taka or 500 taka,again you have to buy 100 taka ticket for power checking,100 taka ticket for NCT,which is very bad system. Because in other medical all are included in same. If we need to pay for test then it’s okay. But their step by step payment system is horrible. The hospital premises were clean and well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to hygiene and patient comfort. Without payment system,all are suitable for the patients.

Recently I went there regarding my eye issue and got my job done in only 20 minutes. Their Professor and Technicians were very warm and nice. But didn’t feel very welcome at the reception. Two three boys are there, they need to be serious with their patients.

1. Thier website is not updated and you will not get needful information and supplying old update like they are off in holiday and sunday. Here is update- thier emergency open for 24 hours 7 fays a week. Thier OUTDOOR is open 7days a week(including friday, saturday,sunday). 2. You will get all kind of doctor in outdoor during 8am to 2pm. From 2pm to 8pm- there are only one medical officer and one consultant serve outdoor patient( you Will not get glucoma or cornia specialist in evening). 3. Environment is clean, comfortable and staff behavior is co- operative. Less crowdy so better than Islamia eye hospital definitely. 4.Thier rate chart is very logical and reasonable. You will be satisfied to get thier service. From 100 taka to 400 taka. 5. They are running a dental clinic. Ticket 200 taka. 6. No one response in thier land phone number. All they need to deploy a dedicated information desk so people Around the country can contact before about doctor and service availability.

Recently I visited the hospital for my father's eye operations, The doctor is not well and he is not checking and treatment directly, he is a too busy man, hospital staff is so bad they can't comfortably talk with, maximum staff behavior is bad also, customer support doesn't talk properly she is always in a bad mode So, Didn't want to recommend this hospital

Not so good than govt. hospital. They told traditional things like avoiding screen in this digital era. Besides, the doctors prescribe medicine related to their department rather than needed for your symptoms. Like u go to a consultant of Oculoplasty department for itching, reddiness and water-secretion , but he will give u the medicines related to oculoplasty, not for your symptoms

It is a very well known eye hospitals in Dhaka. Opens from 8am to 8pm. Sunday off. You can various kinds eye dieses treatment here. Doctors are experts and specialized in their field. They also help poor patients to get better treatment.
