Vision Eye Hospital

This is a good and well-equipped hospital with modern facilities for specialized eye treatment. It also provides good quality surgeries of the eye by experienced eye specialists. The staff are also well-behaved and cordial. The only issue is its high cost.

While spending a comparatively good amount for consultancy one would assume the service is good but not in the case of this Institute. Booked an appointment for 3:30 and got to see the doctor at 7! What is the point of appointment then? And the demand of their staff is way higher than the doctor themself. Doctors might see you but you Won't be able to ask any questions to the staff. The consultancy is good. That's why I waited 3.5 hours.

Always gave a appointment time and delay it minimum 3 hours ahead plz give an exact time of appointment 1 hour to 2 hours delay is bearable but 4 to 6 hours literally it's pure torture our time is precious like all of yours.. Doctors, their treatment, behaviour everything is excellent but I'm really disappointed about there staffs behaviour and time management I guess not only me face this problem......

one of the Exclusive eye hospitals in Dhaka run by prof. Dr. Iqbal. Excellent and prominent eye specialist. Dr. behavior is excellent. The hospital is newly built and very clean & impressive. Enough space for patients waiting with good sitting arrangement. Basement car parking is available. Staffs are well behaved. The doctor’s fee is comparatively high but worth it.

Amazing facilities dedicated doctors and correct diagnosis,advanced technology, sophisticated combined surgeries are performed with ease. One of the best eye hospital in Dhaka.

We saw Dr. Mezbaul. He was humble and attentive, unlike most other doctors in Bangladesh. He did an eye operation on my aunt's eye successfully. We are happy with the nurses' behavior too. They were helpful. The hospital is clean. The only struggle is that we had to wait for an hour at least for our serial to come. The highest time we had to wait is more than 2.5 hours. Their appointment system is a mess. They ask to come to see the doctor at some particular time, and after arriving to the hospital in time, we found the doctor is in operation theater and he will come back to his chamber after 2 hours! Other than this pain of waiting, its a good eye hospital.

Inefficiency in patients management is at extreme level. I took my uncle there, they booked me appointment at 11:18 a.m. but they couldn’t get me the slot to doctor till 12:45 p.m. Very poor at patients management.

This hospital has neat & clean atmosphere. Their service is way too average. However, their live streaming of OT in the attendees' waiting seemed weird and against the patient's privacy to me.
