Heard about this place some time back but was not being able to visit. Today me and my daughter went and had an amazing experience. Staffs were extremely courteous, they were using the latest technology for eye screening. Overall ambiance and everything is really praiseworthy. Really appreciate for the supports they are providing. Best part is that this is the only place in Dhaka city where you can but authentic frames along with authentic glasses. If anyone planning to look out for the best eye care then you need to visit this place.

For anyone seeking precise vision care in Bangladesh, Zeiss Vision Centre sets the standard. I’ll be returning annually for myself and family, for check-ups. I’ve worn glasses for over 20 years and never felt entirely satisfied after visits to doctors or eyewear makers in Bangladesh. Always felt like the blurriness was not truly going away. It turns out that while eye doctors (ophthalmologists) general address eye health, a separate discipline of professionals (optometrists) specialise in vision correction—a field with its own rigorous academic training. After some digging around online, I found Zeiss Vision Centre in Gulshan. Zeiss is a global brand, and this is apparently their 238th Vision Centre worldwide. They maintain consistent standards in diagnostic machinery, equipment, and trained optometrists. I called before going to confirm they had a certified optometrist and visited their facility. The experience was exceptional. The optometrist, Mr Rasel, spent an hour diagnosing my vision, correcting issues with my current glasses, and conducting tests for my Astigmatism which I hadn’t encountered ever before in Bangladesh. He explained each step clearly, drawing on 6 years of specialist training in India. The process was entirely paperless, and I received a digital prescription and fitting report by email. The techie in me rejoiced. Lenses and frames start at 5,000–7,000 BDT, and the professionalism and accuracy justify the cost. Unlike the usual 10-minute rushed consultations at every other doctor’s, Mr Rasel even recommended follow-up tests on different days to ensure consistent results. I appreciated the robust testing methodology. 100/100 for me. First time in Bangladesh.

Just visited ‘Zeiss Vision Center’ at Banani and very much amazed to experience world class eye testing facilities. They check the vision with fully automated machines which provides accurate results. Plus they have wide variety of world class frames from where you can choose for your eyes. It’s worth the visit.
