Great experience at Laxmi netralaya during my daughter's eye operation. Dr. Prasansha listened to us with patience and handled the case very nicely. Iam address adding 5 star for her excellency in treatment. Because my daughter troubled with water running out from her both eyes constantly from few months and she needed specialized eye care and without a second thought I took him to Laxmi Netralaya, Ara. Her case was handled Dr. Prasansha and she was administered and operated her eyes . Now my daughter is well . Thanks Dr. Prasansha and her entire team for good work.

Pathetic service and staff behaviour They scam in insurance claim they don’t provide any claim documents any bills and receipt. when you asked them to provide the payment bill and documents they straight say No. Bina insurance ke they make bill of 25000 which includes OPD and lens charges After knowing that we have a health insurance they make bill of 41000 in which they told us to pay 14000 in cash as deposit amount. When I ask them for the bill of deposit amount they denied any told me hmlog bill nhi dete hai bill nhi milega aapko. I never recommend any to go to this hospital, if you have any health insurance then please go to some good hospital in Patna.

Treatment is good. I don't know about treatment for severe diseases. But for regular eye check up this ia the best in locality. Patient waiting area is comfortable and have adequate seats. Drinking water and toilet is available. You may have to wait for around 3-4 hrs since doctor is very famous.
