Staff behaviour totally rude with patient gurdian nd process very slow all staff just like he think they owner of hospital 😡

Today my schedule appointment was 11.40. I reached there on time. Now 3 hours has passed but still waiting. I m cancelling my appointment with doctor and not going to refer anyone due to worse situation. I was on leave for seeing doctor but all are worthless. Ara mentality is not changing. I know only a doctor who doesn't honour others time is not a doctor..one proverb is suitable for Dr kanhaiya singh, (Andho me kaana raja)

One of the trusted places for eye operation and related issue for the people mostly from western Bihar. Although, people from every part of the state and country come here for cheaper and relaiable eye surgery.

I had the best experience of hospital for eyes, doctor did very good check up and staff was also very friendly

Tomorrow my appointment booked on online give time 11:40am. we reached on time but their staff say online appointment not matters and rudely say for wait. What benefits for online appointment? Their staffs are very rude and being boss.please maintain your staff and your maintenance. Not satisfied.

One of the best places to get your eyes checked. The doctors were all very helpful. They took time to explain my problem and share treatment options with me as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

Doctor is good but staffs are bunch of illiterates people who have just lot of attitude. They can't even explain which type of lens is suitable. Not recommended.

Good eye hospital in Ara with affordable price. All staff and doctor supported to all pt. Also provide online appointment through call centre.
