I consulted Dr. Ayushi Sinha on 19th November 2024 for Cataract treatment of my Mother. I am completely satisfied with the treatment. Following are key points about Hospital: 1. Qualified and Courteous Doctor. 2. Prime location of Hospital 3. Well maintained Hospital in terms of cleaning, Equipment and service. 4. Courteous and supportive staff (I rarely found Courteous staff in either of Hospital in Bihar). 5. Genuine charges. Following are the area of improvement: 1. Due to not proper documentation, I faced a lot of challenge for Reimbursement of treatment from Insurance. 2. I was not getting proper and timely support from Hospital on document asked by Insurance. I had to send my relatives to Hospital for each and every document asked by Insurance. Summary: 1. I recommend this Hospital to my relatives and friends.
