No sense to behave with patient, ill mannered doctor and staffs 🙏

In the month of November 2023, I went for my eye check up here and found the staff of this clinic very unprofessional. As there was a lady staff who misbehaved with pateint. To respect the profession of doctors and to maintain the decoram of the clinic I didn't said much and went peaceful but after that i decided never to go to this clinic again in my life and will not to suggest anyone from my side if such things are happening. They must know how to behave with their patients and i can't tolerate as everyone have their self respect which need to be protected 🙏🏻

Have visited this clinic for my father's cataract surgery. Things that i liked: time punctuality: they asked us to come at 5 am next day for the surgery, and they did the surgery at 5 am. no hidden cost- since different types of cataract lenses are available, they have asked us to choose the surgery type from a list (of having different cost) and that was it. no other charges were there. Medicine cost was included in that as well. medicine instructions: this is what I liked the most. They have printed medicine instruction in very user friendly way (refer images).

Any types of skin disease or skin problem then you can visit here . Eyes operation are also done here. All the staff are polite and all the facilities are here.

This clinic is not accepting card payment. Now a days everyone wants cashless transaction but this doctor is not implementing.

Doctor and staff are too rude. Treatment is worst.
