Very rude staff, as soon as I started enquiring about the online offers. The staff got very rude. Tried to scam me saying the offers are not available while it was. Please think twice before visiting the store. The management is reluctant i guess and depending on the fake reviews with unverified customers. Please be aware!

it was nice. staff is nice. asked some question regarding eyes which was good.
It was my first and last visit to lenskart as we visited toh lenskart we said that we want an eye checkup they said okk....after the test we asked for the price of the specs and then the specs I selected was of ₹2000 so if we thought to bought 2 specs of ₹2000 so we said that we will buy it on next day so we went there next day as we visited there the staffs were giggling and smiling looking at eachother....and we felt very embarrassing....
Good cx service provided by Suman ji Edit: Service was good but i didn't like the way mr.Suman ji just borrowed my mobile to give store 5 star himself and wrote the first line of this review himself it was very uncomfortable and was very unpleasant and unable to deny when he asked to do so this was like 2 years from today dec 16 2024 maybe the employee is not working there so no hate to store but that employee
