1-Star Review: Absolutely terrible experience with Titan showrooms for a simple watch repair. I gave my watch for a front glass & battery replacement, alongwith dial cleaning/replacement and the first time, they returned it with the glass bulging out—clearly a shoddy job that took them a whole week. After I complained, they took it back, but when I received it again, the glass still wasn't properly set, and worse, the watch had stopped working altogether. I raised the issue again, and they kept the watch for another 15–20 days without even informing me of any updates. When I followed up, they just told me to "there is no model number or date come and check which is your watch," and still, nothing had been fixed. After wasting 1.5 months of my time, they finally said it can’t be repaired. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and disappointing service. Would not recommend to anyone. PS: The receipt they gave was extremely unprofessional no date and no details.

Worst store.... They will do as they please.. Not going listen about anything (I had submitted a product for replacement and just to raise a email(complain) to the company they took more than 20days ) In this 20days time... Maine store pe 6-7times call kiya n lastly revist kiya customer care se baat krwaya fir complain raise kiya wo bhi 4 din baad..

I recently brought a titan spect but it got broken and when i went to the store to repair the staff was very rude and he just refused to repair it and put it on table and he left us there, after some talk to counter manager he took th e spect to repair but the workers didn't even try to fix it the spect was on warranty period but still this happened it wasn't repair by them and they started to tell me buy new specst
