Not so good experience second time.... Can you expect In OT(operation theatre) doctor assistant is operating a patient's eye... So disappointed.... At this level this kind of work not expected by Drishtikunj Netralaya..... My Humble request to all please be sure about who is operating your patient in OT room.. Be vigilant.......

Best eye hospital in Bihar, Very good treatment,staff and doctors are very friendly. Professional and courteous staff. Very clean facility. The doctor answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with all my concerns.

My mother went there for cataract surgery. I accompanied her. We loved:- 1. The staffs are well behaved speacially the front desk and counsellor. 2. They do follow the rule of keeping everything transparent. 3. Every staff answers your query. Kudos to the team. 4. Very quick in their work. 5. They have water facility, and kids play area. 6. Special mention to Ishika, she is the most well behaved and soft spoken employee. Kudos to her. Ishika if you are reading this hats off to you, the way you handle situations is highly commendable. Kudos to the person who hired her, she is your best hiring. 7. OT hygine was maintained throughout. 8. And how can I not mention the doctor. Dr. Randhir Jha did the surgery. He is one of the finest Doctors I have met. He gives ample time to patients, calms them down, meet the attendees personally and helps with any queries. He is gem of a person. If you are reading this, thank you so much doc for all the help and support. Areas of improvement:- 1. OT Staff behaviour and way of talking must be improved specially one Female, she was tall, brown skinned, and jad curly black hair.(I dont remember her name though). Also the OT younger male staffs kept on watching reels on their phone on full volume in OT waiting area in absence of Doctors. 2. A lil bit more Cleanliness of the OPD washroom. 3. A lil bit more Cleanliness is required in OPD sitting area.

My mother at Patna was facing problem with her vision due to cataract related issues. On being contacted Dr. Randhir Jha sir asked me bring her to Drishtikunj Netralaya and advised to go for the operation immediately to avoid any further damage to the eyes. On February 28, 2022 my mother was operated upon successfully by Randhir Jha sir and till date she didn't have any issues with respect to that operation. During the whole process of operation, Jha sir was very very cooperative, polite and caring. His quality of making the patient cool, calm & comfortable before any operation is really appreciable & unparallel which is lacking in so many doctors. Additionally, Drishtikunj Netralaya is having one of its kind facilities for eyes related issues that people in general face. Better hospital for eye treatment in patna. And hospital staff members behave very good. And doctor behaviour well. I recommend this hospital.

One of the best place in Bihar for eye care. Dr jha is no doubt the best in Bihar and his team doing wonders at this place . My father has been operated by Dr jha , I am indebted to him . Please visit once for eye care .
