This clinic is not suitable for educated individuals. The doctor does not answer patients' questions. I visited with my elderly mother, but the receptionist initially refused to let me accompany her. After I insisted, he told me to wait for half an hour. However, when I finally went in, I discovered that the doctor had already seen my mother without me. When I requested to meet the doctor, they initially denied my request. Only after further insistence did they allow me into the doctor's chamber. The doctor briefly explained the case but was not friendly. When I asked additional questions about my mother’s upcoming operation, he outright refused to answer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a medical professional. I am very disappointed with such doctors in Darbhanga, my hometown. This experience was deeply frustrating and unprofessional.

We had only 200 cash in our hand. So we told him that we will pay the rest of the money when we come after an hour only then he will let us go to the doctor. But he started shouting like, this is not a hotel and much more.. He is not even accepting online payment. Somehow we arranged the money and asked him to book an appointment, but he refused. This is the worst service we have received from any reputed hospital in Darbhanga.

All things are good here. All staff is very polite and good behavior. This hospital is famous only for eye problems and operation of eyes.

Very bad time management and so late behavior is so very bad

Staff behaviour is very bad ,they think they're over qualified than anyone else.they don't want to share any information to attendant nd they don't want attendant to discuss with doctor about patient diagnosis nd prognosis.i m a doctor nd they treated me very badly.very bad impression.never expected this.this is hospital,you guys should behave like civilized people not like illiterate.you guys should know how to talk with anyone.

The main problem is all the staff members show off as doctor but authentically all are chutiya bharwa and M C so i request to all patient who visit lahan centre not every thing appreciate and argue thise member who misbehave with you.When you pay doctor fees take original Bill they are theft of Tax.
