Staff behaviour is very good

I recently made my first purchase at the Lenskart store in Laheriasarai, Darbhanga, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The store is well-organized, with a wide range of stylish and high-quality frames to choose from. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by Nidhi Ji. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding me through the selection process and ensuring I found the perfect pair of glasses. Her attention to detail and warm approach made me feel valued as a customer. The overall atmosphere of the store was inviting, and the staff were professional and courteous. I’m thoroughly impressed with both the product quality and the outstanding service. Highly recommend visiting this branch if you’re in the area! Very bad experience within three month the frame lost the colour when I reached at shop after 6 month 4 days they teached me the rules First the store manager was not at shop he was not ready to telephonic conversation Store laheria sarai infront of petrol pump
