Staff Behavior: Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff is unacceptable. One incident, in particular, stands out: a staff member physically assaulted an attendant. This can be verified on the camera located on the 2nd floor, northwest corner, around 3 PM (±1 hour), 2nd Jan 2025. Additionally, not a single staff member speaks to patients politely. Even I felt hesitant to ask basic questions, such as how long it would take to get discharged. This needs immediate attention from the management. Crowd Management: The management of patients is highly inefficient. There is no proper seating arrangement for patients, leading to discomfort, especially for those unwell. The inefficient workflow of the staff significantly increases wait times. The hospital should either ensure only skilled and efficient staff handle operations or limit the number of patients to match the capacity. It is the hospital’s responsibility to provide adequate seating and a comfortable waiting experience. Treatment: The quality of treatment is undoubtedly excellent, and it is solely because of the doctors that I continue to prefer this hospital. Their expertise and care are commendable. Overall Feedback: I am providing this review with specific examples so that the management can act upon these issues. However, from previous management replies, it appears they prioritize positive reviews and dismiss constructive criticism. If the management and doctors take patient concerns seriously, this hospital could undoubtedly become the leading eye hospital in the region.

Dr Manish Mahaveer is full of knowledge, Kind hearted person. He is doing excellent work in the field of ophthalmology, specially for poor patients he performed free cataract surgery. We people should trust on him.
