Treatment process in my case 1. Pay fee in cash and wait. The wait period is more if you are old patient as preference is given to new patient. Money receipt is an issue, they tend to discourage you via various tactics like take tomorrow, stamp is not there, bla-bla. 2. Doctor will see you and recommend a) blood report: he doesn’t believe blood report of other places, in my case it was just 5 days old but he wanted blood reports via his agents only. His blood report agent are there in clinic, they will take sample and money. Report will come next day, these guys are fine if you ask for money receipt (receipt comes along with reports next day) b) Inhouse- X ray: The person who does is a nice person. c) Pain Killer injection will be recommended for that day. Compounders will give for a cash. No common sense here as even for females, injection will be given in common hall. If you object on privacy grounds, then he takes you to upper floor cabin for injection. d) Next day come and wait long as you are old patient now, he suggested aspiration (injection in knee). Injection costs you less than 200 bucks but injecting charge is 10 times. We went for three sessions, turned out of no use. e) Doctor prescribed loads of medicine, which can be bought in-house with cash only. Be careful while buying medicine there , as the seller tends to add in more in count. f) Whole thing is Cash based with no receipt. In my case after 2 days, we literally had to fight to get the same. g) In our case, Doctor’s approach didn’t work. We moved to other doctor in other city & coupled with a good physiotherapist and it is getting better. 3) Hospital certainly is nice and neat as compared to City standards. However, I wish sooner City gets good corporate hospitals where people don’t face hassles. May be then these guys will also start becoming professional.
