very pathetic service by receptionist as i asked the details for visit timing of doctor but he was watching youtube and reply was that doctor is coming by road and then again he was busy watching youtube......i understand doctor might late there should be one proper timing to come and check patient but its horrible experience and waiting from 2 hours and again and again reply only to wait for 30 mins ......doctor timing 10 am to 8 pm but doctor was not available after 2 pm and he came by 6:30 pm ......... We need punctual doctor in Bihar with understanding of patient .....I request doctor to keep some good staff and give proper timing for visit .....
